At Mama's Turkish Market, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns We accept returns within 14  days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of health and supplement products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
